The 4-unit multifamily investment property traded 100% leased, located in an irreplaceable location adjacent to Gate 1 of the US Naval Academy. RossoCRE sold the asset via a structured competitive bid / ‘call for offers’ sale process. The property sold for $1.46M, which represented an approx. 6% cap rate. It was purchased by a private investor from Annapolis MD.
