Good News Episode #2: THREE flex/industrial leases signed!
We have been working hard to lease flex/industrial space in the Baltimore market recently, and we’re pleased to announce 3 new flex/industrial leases completed on behalf of our clients at business parks in AA County!
When it was time for Hābco Electrical Group to relocate, they called Rosso Commercial to handle the job. Ross Westholm, Ryan Brassel and John Rosso completed a comprehensive property search and identified several options that met Hābco’s requirements. After several property tours and RFPs with multiple Landlords, St. John Properties’ Glen Burnie Business Park was selected and lease terms were fully negotiated for Hābco’s new 6,000 Sq. Ft. space.
In other news – Colin Lennon recently represented our client, HB Investments, the owner of a 65,000 Sq. Ft. property at the Baltimore Commons Business Park in Hanover. When it was time to handle leasing up two vacant flex/industrial bays totaling close to 10,000 Sq. Ft, Colin quickly identified and secured two different building materials/construction companies that were seeking new space and handled negotiations on behalf of our client. Precision Overhead Garage Doors & Top Floor executed new leases, filling the two vacancies and brining the property back to 100% leased and stabilized. Kudos Colin!
