Not all deals move as quickly as you would like, but we are excited to announce the newest addition to Georgetown Plaza….
After many months of negotiating, Mike Foundos and Ryan Brassel of RossoCRE were able to successfully negotiate a long term lease with Dominos Pizza and their broker, Constantine Gogos of Papadopoulos Properties, for the former Jerry’s Subs & Pizza located at 914 Bay Ridge Rd. in Annapolis. 
This new corporate store for Dominos will be a relocation, as they needed more space and more visibility. It is a welcome addition to the Georgetown Plaza tenant mix, including Main & Market and The Gateway Florist, and we are quite confident that they will remain a very solid long-term tenant for our client, the Landlord of Georgetown Plaza.
