Through the marketing and leasing efforts of Rosso Commercial, our firm was able to identify a buyer & negotiate a Sale ($1,050,000) of the rear Flex-Office building known as 1919 A West St. John Rosso & Ryan Brassel represented the Sellers in this transaction.
Additionally, Ryan Brassel of Rosso Commercial has been working with long time client, Turning Point in Education Services, to identify a location in Annapolis for the company.
