The opening was marked this morning with ribbon-cutting ceremonies welcoming Cracker Barrel to Annapolis! ✂️🎀 Official Public open date - February 2nd!!
Rosso Commercial was engaged by Annapolis Restaurant Park ownership to reposition this highly visible site and lead a competitive restaurant search. This wasn’t about simply filling space — it required identifying the right hospitality-driven operator capable of justifying a full demolition and ground-up rebuild, anchoring the restaurant park, and resonating with the Annapolis community for decades. Cracker Barrel delivered on every one of those objectives.
The new location is expected to create approximately 160 local jobs and brings renewed energy and traffic to the Jennifer Road corridor, featuring all-day breakfast, homestyle favorites, front-porch rocking chairs, a country store, and convenient pickup options.
