Rosso Commercial was founded in 2016 with a clear purpose: to build a different kind of commercial real estate brokerage. Born in Annapolis and shaped by years of firsthand experience, the firm was created to elevate commercial real estate advisory in a marketplace where transactions too often outweigh true counsel. From the beginning, our vision was simple—to deliver advisory services at a higher standard, grounded in integrity, professionalism, and genuine relationships. When you build something from the ground up, you treat it differently—and that mindset shaped how we built our firm.
