Ross brings 12 years of commercial real estate experience to Rosso Commercial, including substantial prior experience in the valuation of commercial real estate while working with Westholm & Associates in Annapolis. Over the years, a diverse clientele including banks, investors, developers, non-profits, and government entities, has relied on Ross for valuation services.
Ross’s background offers a unique blend of in-depth knowledge of the market forces affecting commercial real estate and a strong understanding of the practical needs of commercial clients. His brokerage experience is as diverse as his valuation work, having worked closely with retail and office tenants and landlords, as well as investors and sellers.
A fifth-generation Annapolitan, Ross was born and raised in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Annapolis. He graduated from St. Mary’s High School and later earned a B.S. degree in Law & American Civilization from Towson University. Ross currently serves as an active board member of the Anne Arundel Commercial Industrial Association (AACIA).
Outside of the office, Ross enjoys competitive sailing and spending time with his wife and two children at their home in Severna Park.
