Most recently, Laura served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, following senior leadership roles at CBRE, CBRE, Manekin, and MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate.
A transaction specialist with a foundation in finance and construction loan, contract, and lease administration, Laura has built her career on representing both landlords and tenants—from hospitals and national nonprofits to publicly traded corporations and local businesses. Her operational fluency in deal structure, construction financing, and contract execution gives her a distinct advantage in driving complex leases and sales to close with discipline, speed, and certainty.
Laura graduated from Towson University and earned her Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, where she completed advanced studies in investment analysis, market economics, and development strategy.
