Outside of brokerage, Ryan is the founder of Positive Strides, a nationally recognized nonprofit that advocates, educates, and provides financial support for athletes who have sustained severe sports injuries. Ryan is a graduate of Hofstra University and DeMatha Catholic High School, where he was a standout member of the lacrosse team. He is married and lives in Eastport, Annapolis, with his wife, Remy. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fitness, local sports, and spending time with family and friends.
