We have the pleasure of knowing John Rosso personally, so it was an easy decision for us to ask him to guide us through this process. John and his team were always extremely responsive, respectful of our schedules, and determined to get us the space we were envisioning. They never got frustrated when we pointed out things we did not like about other properties, and used that information to find the property that we were imagining. After helping us find the space (in a very timely manner!), they made sure to give us additional guidance by recommending Lawyers, property insurance and title companies, loan officers, and home inspectors that were necessary to complete the process.
