I am delighted to set forth some encouraging words regarding my history of working with John Rosso and his firm over many years.  My work in Annapolis started with the development of Annapolis Mall along with partners.  I developed and recently sold the Annapolis Plaza Shopping enter as well as the adjoining office building at 170 Jennifer Road.  Today I maintain ownership of the Annapolis Restaurant Park on Jennifer Road.  I also have an interest in the Home Depot shopping center enter on Forrest Drive.  My management company is in charge of managing and leasing both of these properties.  Over the years, I have had the great pleasure of having John’s firm represent all properties listed above (excepting the Mall as it was sold in the 80s).  While I have had countless opportunities to use the services of other brokers, I always continue to retain Rosso as my lead broker. We have the pleasure of knowing John Rosso personally, so it was an easy decision for us to ask him to guide us through this process.
